1-Year Replacement Guarantee

If your LÄVI fails through normal use within a year of delivery, we send you a new one. Free. You do not post the old one back.

What is covered

• The beech cracking, splitting or breaking under ordinary use
• The magnet weakening, coming loose, or falling out of the handle
• The wall mount failing to hold the shoehorn
• The finish lifting, flaking or peeling
• Any fault present when it arrived

What is not covered

• Damage from dropping it on a hard floor or standing on it
• Using it as a lever, pry bar or reaching tool — it is a shoehorn
• Prolonged soaking, or leaving it outdoors in the wet
• Cosmetic marks, small dents and the darkening that beech naturally does with age
• Sanding, re-finishing, drilling or other modifications
• The wall mount failing because the surface was dusty, textured or freshly painted when it went up

How to claim

Email us with:

1. Your order number, or the email address you ordered with
2. A sentence on what went wrong
3. A photo showing it

We reply within 24 hours. If it qualifies, your replacement ships within 2 business days.

Why only one year?

Because that is what we can honestly stand behind today. LÄVI is a single piece of solid beech and one magnet — there is very little in it that can go wrong, and we expect yours to outlast the guarantee by a long way. But we are a young company, and we would rather promise something we will definitely still be here to honour than something that sounds better in an ad.

Your statutory rights under EU and local consumer law apply on top of this guarantee and are not affected by it.

If you ever feel we are not standing behind this, reply to any of our emails and ask for the owner. You will get one of us, not a script.
