The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 90 days from delivery to decide whether LÄVI belongs by your door. If it does not, we refund you in full.

You do not need to send it back. Posting a 55 cm piece of beech across the world costs more than the shoehorn is worth and puts a parcel on a plane for no good reason. Keep it, pass it to someone who will use it, or take the mount off and keep that. We would rather refund you than move wood around the planet.

How to start a refund

Email us with your order number and the words “90-day refund” in the subject line.

We reply within 24 hours. Once approved, your refund goes back to the original payment method and usually lands within 5 business days, depending on your bank.

No forms. No phone menus. No restocking fee. No return label to print.

Multi-packs

If you bought a 2-pack or 3-pack and want to refund only part of it, we refund the unwanted units at the per-unit price you actually paid. Just say how many in the email.

If it arrived damaged or never arrived

Email us with your order number and a photo if there is something to photograph. We replace it. No forms, no proof-of-purchase forensics, no runaround. This applies regardless of the 90-day window.

After 90 days
