What you are buying

LÄVI sells household goods — solid beech shoehorns, wall mounts and related accessories. These are everyday consumer products. They are not medical devices, orthopaedic aids or mobility equipment, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim or as advice about a health condition. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase. You must give accurate information at checkout and have the legal right to use the payment method you are using.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example for suspected fraud, stock problems or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after charging you, we refund in full within 5 business days.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available; the underlying store currency is US dollars, and converted prices may include a small conversion adjustment. Prices can change at any time but never after your order is confirmed. Where local import fees or duties apply on delivery, those are your responsibility — see our Shipping page.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, video, logos, branding and design — belongs to LÄVI or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site for anything illegal, do not send malicious code, do not harass others, and do not try to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LÄVI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product the claim relates to. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Product use

LÄVI is intended for putting on shoes. Do not use it as a lever, pry bar, walking aid or support to bear your weight. Keep the magnet away from pacemakers and other implanted medical devices, and away from small children.

Disclaimers

Our products are sold with the guarantees expressly stated on our Returns and Warranty pages, plus every guarantee implied by law. We give no other warranties, express or implied, except where required by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes will be heard in the Estonian courts — except where you have a non-waivable right to bring a claim where you live. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date below reflects the most recent change, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
